The Executive Board develops and realizes measures after discussion and approval in the Board of Trustees.

The Executive Board develops and realizes measures after discussion and approval in the Board of Trustees. Furthermore, it is responsible for the investment strategy. The CLAAS Foundation has got an Executive Board consisting of two members.
