CLAAS Foundation alumni meet up

Reunion at AGRITECHNICA 2025

Hanover, 2025. This year’s Agritechnica not only provided a platform for innovations in agricultural technology, but also a special opportunity for a reunion: around 20 alumni of the CLAAS Foundation met up for a get-together followed by a tour of the CLAAS stand.

Many of them have remained loyal to the agricultural sector and are actively shaping its future.

The alumni meeting took place in a familiar atmosphere and was characterized by warm and friendly encounters. The alumni first met at Agritechnica in 2023, with the second meeting following in June 2024 in Harsewinkel. Now, the industry gathering in Hanover once again provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions about career paths, current developments, and the future of agriculture.

Dr. Barrelmeyer, Deputy Chairman of the CLAAS Foundation, took the time to personally welcome the former scholarship holders. Sylvia Looks and Frank Klüsener, both members of the Foundation's Executive Board, were impressed and emphasized the invaluable importance of a lively network: “We are pleased to see how many of our alumni continue to be committed to progress and innovation in agricultural technology,” said Sylvia Looks.

The meeting underscores the family-oriented character of the foundation and shows how valuable the exchange remains even after many years.

Agritechnica 2025, with its guiding theme of “Touch Smart Efficiency,” enabled the alumni to experience the latest trends and developments up close and to strengthen their shared network for future challenges.
